    Change of Corporate Structures such as Directorship or Shareholding

    There may be changes in the corporate structure of companies from time to time such as resignation and appointment of directors and secretaries, transfer of shares, allotment of shares or change of company name etc., it is necessary to report company’s updates to the Companies Registry and in some cases the Inland Revenue Department, in prescribed period of time and maintain proper statutory records.
